Return & Refund Policy – Unicrew Supply

At Unicrew Supply, we strive to deliver quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging and tags must be intact
Proof of purchase (order ID/email confirmation) is required

Non-returnable items:

Items bought on sale or discount
Customized or personalized products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

2. Return Process

Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed as processing may begin.
